concorso Notte di Fiaba 2019
The theme of 2019 Notte di Fiaba illustration contest was an italian novelist Emilio Salgari, who wrote numerous adventure stories at the beginning of 1900.
In the project, I used the photo transfer tecnic and acrylic paints together to visualize the contrast of two different worlds of Salgari: his quite tragic real life and his colourful and joyful fantasy.
My storyboard and Illustrations were selected for the group exhibition, organized by the Museum of Riva del Garda (MAG). Two of the illustrations and the Cover art were featured in the catalogue as well.
Il tema del concorso Notte di Fiaba 2019 era Emilio Salgari.
Nel mio progetto, ho usato delle vecchie foto che ho raccolto a Torino insieme ai colori acrilici, per esprimere il contrasto dei due mondi di Salgari: la sua vita reale, abbastanza tragica, e la sua fantasia piena di colori e vivacità.
Il mio storyboard e i miei disegni sono stati selezionati per la mostra al Museo di Riva del Garda (MAG) e anche per il catalogo.
2019년 이탈리아의 출판사 Orecchio Acerbo가 주관한 그림책 공모전 Notte di fiaba에 출품한 작업들입니다.
주제는 이탈리아의 작가 에밀리오 살가리로, 그가 살던 20세기 초반 이탈리아의 현실과 그의 이야기들의 구현한 이국적이고 환상적인 세계를 함께 담기위한 시도로 사진 전사와 아크릴 물감을 동시에 사용하였습니다.
그림들과 스토리보드는 리바 델 가르다에 위치한 미술관 MAG 에서 전시되었으며 카탈로그에서도 소개되었습니다.
